B. Definitions
The following terms carry the meaning listed next to them:

“The site owners” or “we” – Studio Hazan.
“The content” – all types of content that appear on the site, including professional information, information about services, blog posts, information about clients, information about the business, forms, explanations, images, illustrations and more.
“Visitor” – the user of the site and its content.
“Browsing” – connecting to the site, moving between its pages and using its content.
“The device” – the computer, phone or tablet the user uses to browse the site and use its content, along with the hardware and software they rely on, including the browser, security tools and communication equipment.
“The privacy policy” – the procedures we follow when collecting and using details about the user.
C. Using the Site
The user may use the site for private, personal purposes only, for their own enjoyment or to broaden their horizons.
The user may use the site to consider whether they want to enter into a working relationship with the site owners.
The site’s content may not be used for any other purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial.
The site’s content is not a substitute for consulting experts, so professional actions and steps should not be decided based on it.
D. Intellectual Property

Any outcome or damage caused, to the user or to others, directly or indirectly, from using the site’s content or relying on it, is the user’s responsibility. Keep in mind that this content is not a substitute for consulting qualified professionals.
The site owners will not be required to provide any compensation for damage caused as a result of the content published on the site.
There may be disruptions to the site’s content or its availability. That is because the site is exposed to various risks, from problems with the hosting servers to viruses, breaches and other online fraud. We do invest a lot of effort in protecting against these risks, but they cannot be blocked completely.
Following the previous section, any damage, loss or expense that may be caused to the user, directly or indirectly, as a result of faults or disruptions in the communication lines, or faulty functioning of software or hardware on their end, is their sole responsibility.

G. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction over any dispute related to the site and its content lies solely with the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
